DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri says he has never collected or solicited a bribe in his profession and doesn’t intend to do so. And Phiri says he makes independent decisions and no one can tell him what to do with regards to charging a person. Meanwhile, Phiri says when it comes to corruption fight, institutions should not flinch or exhibit fear.
