SOCIALIST Party Deputy General Secretary Antonio Mwanza says Brown Kasaro is not the right person to talk about integrity at the Electoral Commission of Zambia. Recently, Kasaro said it was unfortunate that people continued to allege that the officials at the commission were cadres.
