VETERAN politician Leslie Mbula has commended the appointment of six former vice presidents as presidential envoys, among them Inonge Wina. On Wednesday, Government announced that President Hakainde Hichilema had appointed all six living former vice presidents of Zambia as presidential envoys. Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said the appointment of former Prime Minister Malimba Masheke, Godfrey Miyanda, Enock Kavindele, Nevers Mumba, Dr Guy Scott, and Inonge Wina as presidential envoys was done to address the plights of former vice presidents.
