MPOROKOSO PF member of parliament Brian Mundubile says it’s a lame excuse for Paul Kabuswe to blame Edgar Lungu for the “rise in cadreism and other forms of illegalities”. On Tuesday, Kabuswe, who is Minister of Mines, said Lungu’s return to active politics had put the country in disarray.
