NDOLA Catholic priest, Fr Ephraim Mapulanga says police manned the gates to his parish and searched vehicles of congregants going in and outside the church premises on Sunday morning. The parish priest at Holy Trinity Masala Catholic Church says he was expecting former president Edgar Lungu and some UKA members to attend mass before law enforcement officers swarmed the area. Meanwhile in a separate incident on the same day in Ndola, police officers reportedly stormed the Divine Mercy Catholic Church in search of Harry Kalaba, who was supposedly attending the service.
