PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday summoned Anti-Corruption Commission Director General Thom Shamakamba to State House and asked him to resign. Meanwhile, the Commission yesterday questioned Solicitor General Marshal Muchende regarding the corruption allegations made against him. On the other hand, governance activist Rueben Lifuka has advised government to institute appropriate institutional reforms and where necessary, legislative amendments to give the Board the power and authority to guide ACC’s work.
