PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has accorded an official funeral to former Defence Minister George Mpombo, who died on Sunday, September 22, 2024. President Hichilema has also declared Thursday, September 26, a day of national mourning in honour of Mpombo, the day he will be put to rest.
