SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says his party has rejected the Kawambwa Council Chairperson by-election results because they believe they are the true winners. Kaunda has accused the UPND, which won the polls, of stealing votes, alleging that on election day, one of the ministers was busy buying votes with K20s and K50s. But Sports Minister Elvis Nkandu says he doesn’t expect the Socialist Party to admit defeat, bragging that UPND is growing like bush fire.
