THE International Telecommunications Union says lack of knowledge among prosecutors makes it difficult for them to effectively adjudicate cyber and data protection cases. And Director of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri says the National Prosecution Authority is committed to ensuring that criminals don’t enjoy fruits of their criminality by taking away their illegally acquired assets.
