THE Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Truck Drivers Association of Zambia says the outbreak of cholera at Kasumbalesa Border Post has caused mental stress on truck drivers. The Ministry of Health has declared Kasumbalesa as the epicentre of the Copperbelt cholera outbreak. In the past 24 hours, one new case was recorded in the area.
