NEWLY elected Pambashe UPND MP Justin Kapema has expressed confidence that he will be able to deliver on one or two projects despite the limited time before next year’s general elections. Kapema won the Pambashe seat with 5,067 votes. In second place was FDD’s Williams Mwenya with 2,614 votes. Democratic Union came third with 1,722 votes, while Socialist Party took the last slot with 509 votes.
