THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) says it is dedicated to ensuring that justice is served by conducting thorough investigations before making arrests. Last week, President Hakainde Hichilema said law enforcement agencies should do their work quietly as making reckless statements to the public could injure the Head of State’s reputation and discourage investments.
