EASTERN Province Commanding Officer Robertson Mweemba says New Congress Party (NCP) members instigated violence when they flashed symbols whilst UPND was filing nominations for the Mtilizi Ward by-election slated for April 10 at Mambo Primary School in Nyimba District. In a video which circulated on social media, some UPND cadres are seen attacking some NCP members as police attempted to whisk away the victims to safety in a police vehicle.
