INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says government has embarked on the Constitutional amendment process to correct some of the lacunas, inciting that there isn’t a selfish motive behind the proposals. Recently, Economic Front leader Wynter Kabimba advised the UPND to abandon the proposed Constitutional amendment, saying it was unnecessary and would not change their fortunes in next year’s elections.
