Health Care Federation of Zambia (HFZ) president Dr Shailen Desai says the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) is owing hundreds of millions of Kwacha to private health care facilities in payment arrears. And Dr Desai has appealed to President Hakainde Hichilema to look into the matter, arguing that it is a dire situation that needs immediate attention.
