VETERAN politician Dr Mbita Chitala says corruption and abuse of power for personal gain has become a prominent problem in Zambia. And Dr Chitala says it is wrong for Industrial Development Cooperation (IDC) to remain under the Presidency. Meanwhile Dr Chitala says there is need to reduce or abolish the administrative approval known as single sourcing in Zambia to enhance the fight against corruption.
