KALOMO Town Council Secretary Lisa Mpasela has revealed that Kalomo District currently has 137 incomplete Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects. During a recent sitting of the Committee on Local Government Accounts, it was highlighted that Kalomo Town Council and the CDF committee are not effectively collaborating, leading to the stagnation of over 100 projects since 2021.
