THE window is fast closing for losing NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile to petition the results of the August 13 general election, with less than 24 hours remaining before the constitutional deadline expires. According to sources close to the matter, Mundubile, who is said to have sought protection at a United Nations agency in Lusaka following post-election security developments, had not filed his presidential election petition in the Constitutional Court as of yesterday evening.
