MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga has advised citizens who will access part of their pension benefits to use the money for investment and not partying or buying luxurious vehicles. Speaking when he featured on Millenium TV’s “The Business Day” programme, Thursday, Mulenga expressed concern that most Zambians failed to properly plan for their retirement money and just ended up misusing it. “I can assure you [that] this government is pro-investment. If need be, we even now have to form a financial literacy programme where people should learn.
