OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia president Dr Kafula Mubanga says the current shortage of petrol is due to the fact that most OMCs are now preferring to transport diesel. And Energy Regulation Board (ERB) Public Relations Manager Namukolo Kasumpa says ERB is undertaking routine fuel stocks in order to ensure that there is a reliable and continuous fuel supply chain in the country.
