NATIONAL Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) Acting Corporate Affairs Collins Muyenga says the authority is now attending to 11,000 people who want to access their partial withdrawals on a daily basis. In an interview, Muyenga said when the process was at its peak, the authority used to attend to 70,000 people on a daily basis. “Across the country, numbers have started reducing. Our online system is up and there, people can go straight online and get their claim.
