FORTY-THREE Trade Kings Group workers have graduated with quality assurance certificates in International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9001-2015 quality management. ISO 9001-2015 is an international standard for quality management systems, designed to help organisations of all sizes and sectors improve performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate a commitment to quality. Of the 43 graduates, 15 workers graduated with both the ISO quality management certificate and the internal audit certificate.
