THE country’s annual inflation rate for February 2025 has increased to 16.8 percent from 16.7 percent recorded in January. At a briefing, Thursday, ZamStats Acting Statistician General Sheila Mudenda said the increase in inflation was due to price movements in food items. “Annual inflation for February 2025 increased to 16.8 percent from 16.7 percent recorded in January, 2025.
