THE Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) has received a complaint lodged by NAREP president Charles Maboshe and his secretary general Ezra Ngulube against Lusaka High Court Judge Wilfred Muma. On January 31, this year, Maboshe and Ngulube wrote to the JCC to complain about judge Muma’s conduct in a matter before him which was commenced against the dual in 2020 by expelled NAREP president Steven Nyirenda and three others.
