LUSAKA High Court Judge Timothy Katenekwa has granted Miles Sampa leave to commence contempt proceedings against acting PF president Given Lubinda and his secretary general Raphael Nakacinda. This is according to an ex-parte order for leave to issue committal proceedings signed by Judge Katenekwa today. Sampa applied for leave to commence contempt proceedings against the duo yesterday, arguing that Lubinda appointed Nakacinda as secretary general of the party knowing very well that the court directed that they desist from acting as such.
