THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has again failed to deliver judgement in the matter in which former presidential spokesperson Amos Chanda and two others are charged with use of insulting language and obstructing ACC officers. This is the fifth time that judgement is being deferred. In this matter, Chanda, his wife Mable and sister-in-law Ruth Mulenga are charged with three counts of using insulting language and obstructing Anti-Corruption Commission Officers. When the matter came up for judgement yesterday, Magistrate Dominic Makalicha, who had been transferred to Ndola, was not before court as he had not managed to travel.
