FORMER First Lady Maureen Mwanawasa has told the Lusaka High Court to hear her matter by way of trial on her role in the possession of her late husbands’ retirement house. Maureen has also told the court that the matter ought to be heard together with her co-executor Constantine Haangala Chimuka who had been joined to the proceedings as third respondent. This is in a matter in which the University of Lusaka (UNILUS) sued the State in the Lusaka High Court demanding an order for possession of late former president Levy Mwanawasa’s retirement house in Chongwe.
