PATRIOTS for Economic Progress (PeP) president Sean Tembo has asked the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court to issue a warrant of arrest against Education Minister Douglas Syakalima. This is after Syakalima absconded a court hearing in a matter in which Tembo dragged him to court for hate speech. In March, Tembo filed a complaint in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court against Syakalima for hate speech.
