A LUSAKA resident and former Ministry of Health chief human resource officer Henry Kapoko have proposed a consent order that will result in the sale of a property in Roma Township and the sharing of its proceeds. This is a matter in which McLoyd Ndawa sued Kapoko in the Lusaka High Court for building on his mother’s plot in Roma without permission. Ndawa, suing on behalf of Rosemary Kays Mwange Malama through a power of attorney, told the court that the property in question was unfortunately among those seized by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) from Kapoko as proceeds of crime.
