ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has wondered how President Hakainde Hichilema can be the biggest beneficiary of the outcome of Edgar Lungu’s eligibility case when he is not even a party to it. Kabesha has also told the Constitutional Court that Lungu has not adduced any proof to support his claims that the three Judges he wants recused from the case are biased. In this matter, Michelo Chizombe has petitioned the Constitutional Court seeking a declaration that Lungu is not eligible to contest any future presidential elections.
