THE High Court has transferred a matter in which Lusaka Polo and Hunt Club has sued PR Girl Media Limited and its two Managing Partners demanding payment in the sum of US$5,000 to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court. In this matter, Lusaka Polo and Hunt Club is demanding the payment of US$5,000 being monies owed by them for the hiring of their polo fields. Neils Bosjen, suing as Chairperson of Lusaka Polo and Hunt Club, wants damages for the breach of contract, costs and interests on the sums.
