SOCIAL media blogger Elias Musyani and another person have been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court on charges of harassment, utilising means of electronic communication. Lusaka Magistrate Mutinta Mwenya recently convicted and sentenced Musyani to six months imprisonment and a K70,000 fine for online harassment of artiste Yo Maps and his wife, Kidist. In this new case, Musyani is jointly charged with Stephen Nyirenda. Nyirenda is facing two counts of harassment utilising means of electronic communication, while Musyani faces one similar charge.
