SIXTEEN-year-old Abraham Chisenga of Lubuto Secondary School was at the weekend crowned champion of the Inaugural Sydney Mwelwa badminton tournament held at Kansenshi Secondary School. Speaking in an interview after scooping the prize, Chisenga said he was excited to win the tournament. “I am very excited to win this tournament because the guys had underrated our school. I played six matches without a loss and the only toughest opponent I faced was in the finals but I managed to beat him. I am happy that our School won the top position because the sponsor is a former Lubuto Secondary School Pupil. It is more like he left the spirit of winning the trophies at school,” Chisenga said.
