GOVERNMENT has written Multichoice, telling the broadcaster to unlock the ZNBC TV1 channel to Zambian viewers for the duration of the 34th edition of the AFCON tournament that kicks off from January 13 to February 11. On Wednesday Afternoon during the AFCON broadcast launch, Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana announced that ZNBC had acquired the rights to televise all 52 games of the upcoming AFCON tournament in Ivory Coast.
