MPIKA District Commissioner David Siame has called for an end to harassment of match officials, saying football must be administered by those mandated. Speaking, when FAZ president Andrew Kamanga and his vice Justin Mumba paid a courtesy call at his office, Siame said harassment of officials was not the solution to winning matches. He called on the Muchinga Province FAZ Executive to educate clubs on the rules of football. “My appeal to the provincial administration is to lecture clubs and football followers on the basic rules of football.
