PF deputy national chairperson Davies Chama has accused the UPND administration of “silently” commissioning some new projects for fear of exposing themselves that the PF government performed during its tenure. In an interview, Friday, Chama said it was laughable that some ministers under the new dawn government were commissioning car parks. “For us when we formed government in 2011, we said that we are going to transform this country and you know that development is a process, it’s a journey. And within 10 years we have something to show for it. The new dawn government every day, they are commissioning new projects that we built. They are even shying away, some of the projects, they are just silently opening them...
