UPND secretary general Batuke Imenda says Zambians will get to know the real new dawn government once the IMF bailout package is clinched. In an interview, Imenda said as soon as the IMF package was signed, Zambians would know what it meant to run an economy. “We will give ourselves 80 percent (in terms of performance), the 20 percent is as a result of the fact that we found empty coffers. We are saying as soon as the IMF package is signed, that is when you will really know the real new dawn government at play.
