AUDITOR General Dr Dick Sichembe says Zambia currently has enough investigative wings which can act on his findings. In an interview, Dr Sichembe said his office provided enough information to law enforcement agencies to aid their investigations. “Our view on this one is that there has been a call from a lot of quarters that we should be given these powers for us to do the prosecution. But our view is that through yourselves as Zambians, you have created institutions that are supposed to do certain processes in the value chain.
