VICE-President Mutale Nalumango says poverty doesn’t make one a thief, arguing that indulging in certain activities is simply one’s heart or spirit. Vice-President Nalumango has further urged Zambians to fight the spirit of free and easy money, saying hard work pays off. The Vice-President has also described the fuel tanker explosion incident which occurred on Saturday as tragic and disastrous. The Zambia Police Service revealed on Saturday that five men had been severely burnt after a fuel tanker exploded along Mungwi Road in Lusaka. Confirming the incident in a statement, deputy police public relations officer Danny Mwale said the tanker, which was carrying 45,000 litres of petrol and destined for Vivo Energy in Mungwi road, caught fire around 11:00 hours....
