JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says it is nonsensical and a lack of understanding of the legal processes for former foreign affairs minister Joseph Malanji to claim that the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) stole his aircraft. And Haimbe says the Zambian citizens are grateful that Malanji has graciously confessed to owning the suspected proceeds of crime. Meanwhile, the National Prosecution Authority of Zambia (NPA) says the repatriated helicopter was seized from Zimbabwe following the requisite legal process in that country.
