KANTANSHI PF member of parliament Anthony Mumba says PF vice-president Given Lubinda must actually thank the Constitution for making it hard for PF members of parliament to leave the party until 2026. And Mumba says he feels vindicated after Lubinda admitted that the announcement to hold a general conference was made emotionally.
