SHANG’OMBO UPND member of parliament Mubika Mubika says some people are faking illness just to access food after being admitted to the hospital because of the serious hunger which has hit most parts of Western Province. Mubika adds that some people are actually jostling to escort patients so that they can also eat what patients are being given at the hospital.
