EMERITUS Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says government should give serious and immediate attention to the escalating mealie meal prices because “hungry people are angry people”. On Friday, Vice-President Mutale Nalumango said the escalation of mealie meal prices was a consequence of the maize floor price which government pegged at K280 per bag. The Vice-President, however, urged millers not to be greedy by overpricing the commodity.
