ZAMBIA Must Prosper leader Kelvin Bwalya Fube has accused the UPND government of making investments in the media, both locally and internationally, to discredit the opposition in Zambia. And Bwalya says the new dawn government has scored A+ in terms of making pronouncements without actually actualising them.
