FORMER religious affairs minister Godfridah Sumaili says it’s a good thing that the UPND government has realised that God is in control of everything and is now urging citizens to pray for rains. And Zambia Must Prosper (ZMP) Secretary General Chanda Kasolo has wondered why government did not conduct national prayers for rains but opted for a small event as though it was ashamed to do so.
