LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo says some members of parliament are part of the problem as to why the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) is not being utilised in their constituencies. And Nkombo says certain members of parliament do not want to see CDF being successful. Nkombo was responding to Bwacha PF member of parliament Sydney Mushanga in the National Assembly, who wanted to find out why the rehabilitation works in the Kang’omba-Kalima – Lot 40 Munyama road in Bwacha have delayed.
