PARAMOUNT Chief Chitimukulu of the Bemba-speaking people says it’s an honour that he will meet the President at the Kuomboka ceremony tomorrow, wondering why some people are making an issue of the fact that he will be the guest of honour and not the Head of State. And former president Edgar Lungu has commended Chief Chitimukulu for accepting the invitation to be the guest of honour at the ceremony.
