ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says government has instructed Zesco to adhere to the load shedding schedule, failure to which it will take action. Kapala was responding to Bwacha PF MP Sydney Mushanga who questioned whether the load shedding hours had changed, lamenting that some areas were experiencing more than 20 hours of power outage. In response, Kapala, who had just delivered a ministerial statement on load shedding in the National Assembly, said Zesco had been instructed to adhere to the load shedding schedule. “What is on schedule is 12 hours, that is what is official.
