FORMER vice-president Enock Kavindile has wondered whether Edgar Lungu’s suggestions that President Hakainde Hichilema can only win the 2026 polls through rigging are an indication that he himself cheated his way into the presidency. On Sunday, Lungu said President Hichilema could only win 2026 through rigging. “Yesterday (Saturday) when I had a chance to speak to members of the clergy when we had that thanksgiving service in Bonano Mushili, I said it’s time for brave men and women to come forth in the church, to come forth in the political arena.
