NAMIBIA’s Parliament has commended Zambia for the manner it is implementing the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) programme. Chairperson of the National Council, which is the second House of Namibia’s bicameral Parliament, Lukas Sinimbo Muha, said Namibia was exploring the possibility of entering into a cooperation agreement with the Parliament of Zambia to learn more about how the country is implementing the Constituency Development Fund.
